Handyman Business Systems

A More Organized Way to Run Your Handyman Business

Bring your website, project requests, customer communication, scheduling, estimates, payments, follow-up, and reviews into a system built around the way handyman businesses actually operate.

InfinityStorm Systems builds and manages connected business systems for handyman and small home-service companies. The goal is not to add another disconnected tool. It is to make the customer journey easier to manage from the first inquiry through the completed job and future repeat work.

Built around your services, service area, team, estimate process, and existing software.

OPERATIONAL FRICTION

When the Work Is Busy,
The Admin Usually Gets Messy

Most handyman businesses do not struggle because the owner cannot do the work. The friction usually appears between the jobs.

Missed or Delayed Responses

Calls and messages arrive while you are driving, working, or meeting with a customer.

Incomplete Project Information

Customers may send only a name and phone number when you still need photos, an address, service details, timing, and project context.

Scattered Conversations

Calls, texts, website forms, notes, and appointments may live in several different places.

Estimate Follow-Up

Estimates go out, but keeping track of who opened, accepted, ignored, or delayed them becomes another manual task.

Scheduling

Project calls, site visits, approved jobs, recurring visits, and schedule changes create ongoing back-and-forth.

Lost Repeat Opportunities

Completed customers may never receive a review request, referral follow-up, maintenance invitation, or future check-in.

InfinityStorm helps organize these handoffs without automating the judgment that should stay with the business owner.

Keep What Works.
Improve What Does Not.

InfinityStorm does not recommend replacing useful software simply because another option exists. We look at what is already working, and build around it.

The goal is a cleaner process, not a larger software pile.

Your system can be designed to:

  • Keep an existing accounting platform as the financial system of record
  • Keep scheduling or field-service software where it is working well
  • Replace only the functions that have been validated
  • Improve the handoff between separate systems where a supported connection exists
  • Document known manual steps and provider limitations
  • Preserve historical records when migration would add unnecessary risk or complexity

Connections, available data, synchronization direction, and supported records must be verified for the client’s specific accounts before they are included or promised.

Choose the Level of System
That Fits the
Business

Each plan includes done-for-you implementation and ongoing Membership support. The right fit depends on the size of the business, the current process, the number of calendars and pipelines needed, and how much of the customer journey should be connected.

    WE'VE GOT ANSWERS

    Frequently Asked Questions

If you don't see your specific question covered here, feel free to reach out or schedule a discovery call. We're happy to walk through how the system would handle your unique workflow.

    Is this just a website?

No. The website is one part of the system. Depending on the selected plan, the system may also include project-request forms, customer records, conversations, calendars, pipelines, estimate and payment configuration, follow-up workflows, reporting, and managed support.

Do I have to replace QuickBooks or my current software?

Not necessarily. InfinityStorm first looks at what is already working. Existing accounting, scheduling, or field-service software can remain in place when it makes sense. Any supported connection or data flow must be verified and documented before it is included.

Can customers book handyman jobs directly online?

Only when that process is appropriate and approved. Many handyman projects require project details, photos, service-area review, qualification, an estimate, or a site visit before work is scheduled. The system can route customers toward the right next step rather than assuming every job should be instantly booked.

Will the system automatically create estimates?

No. InfinityStorm may configure estimate templates and delivery workflows using client-supplied and approved information, but the handyman business remains responsible for project scope, labor, materials, markup, taxes, pricing, accuracy, and approval.

Can the system collect deposits and payments?

Growth and Scale may include deposit, invoice, payment-link, and recurring-billing configuration where supported and approved. Payment behavior, methods, fees, and availability depend on the connected payment provider.

Can the AI receptionist answer customer questions?

The Scale AI Receptionist Suite can answer approved common questions using client-supplied information, collect basic project details, and offer times on one approved calendar. It cannot price work, give trade or safety advice, assess emergencies, accept jobs, or make commitments requiring owner judgment.

    Does InfinityStorm provide leads?

InfinityStorm builds and manages the system that handles inquiries, communication, scheduling, follow-up, and customer experience. Advertising management, media spend, lead purchasing, and guaranteed lead generation are not included unless separately agreed to in writing.

    How long does setup take?

Standard implementation is commonly estimated at approximately 7 to 14 business days after payment, onboarding information, content, account access, approvals, and required provider verification are complete. The exact timeline depends on the selected scope and client responsiveness.

    What happens after launch?

The selected Membership includes plan-specific hosting, maintenance, troubleshooting, workflow support, and minor updates within the included scope. New builds, major redesigns, large content changes, custom integrations, or material scope changes may require an Add-On.

How do I know which plan is right?

The discovery call is used to understand the current customer journey, software, team, services, estimate process, scheduling, workload, and priorities. InfinityStorm then recommends the smallest plan that reasonably fits the business.

    Spend Less Time Chasing
    the Process

Let’s look at how your business currently handles inquiries, project details, estimates, scheduling, payments, and follow-up. If there is a practical way to make it easier, we will map out the right starting point.

No pressure and no generic software pitch. The first conversation is used to understand what is already working, what is not, and whether InfinityStorm is a practical fit.
